Advanced Forex News Trader now available

Do you enjoy trading the big news releases? If you do and have a good broker that doesn’t take the mickey with slippage and spread-widening, then you might just enjoy the newly-released Advanced Forex News Trader.

A few of us have been using it all year, and plan to continue using it, to trade the big news – it’s served us very well.  Some news releases have generated over 10% profit in the space of a couple of minutes.  The secret is in picking the best releases and trading the right currencies; along with having a good broker of course – we’ve been using a fixed-spread broker.

The Advanced Forex News Trader EA is designed to be run on a set-and-forget basis, ideally on a reliable VPS (we use LinkUpHost). I like to set my trades up on a Sunday, for the week ahead (if there is any tradable news of course), then leave the EA to do its thing.  You can tell the EA to trade just long or short, if you’re a fundamentalist, or to do a straddle trade if you just want to catch a move in either direction. News day and time is set at the click of a few buttons; percentage risk (or fixed lot size), target and stop pips are configurable in the options.
